The Beulah Prophetic Center serves as the training hub for leadership development within the Prophetic Training Track. It houses the Prophetic Leadership Blueprint (PLB) program and is distinct from the broader school structure. Are you ready to step into a higher dimension of prophetic ministry? The Beulah Prophetic Center is a premier training program designed to equip church prophets, resident prophets, and prophetic leaders with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to lead effectively.
Beulah Prophetic Center (BPC) is the leadership hub of Beulah Prophetic Ministries, designed to prepare and commission prophetic leaders for ministry. Our programs focus on building sustainable prophetic ministries, equipping individuals to lead with confidence, and fostering a deeper understanding of God’s call.
Through dynamic teaching, hands-on activations, and mentorship opportunities, BPC empowers students to operate effectively in their prophetic calling while preparing them for greater ministry impact.
What is PLB?
The Prophetic Leadership Blueprint (PLB) is a transformative 18-month program offered through BPC, specifically tailored for those ready to step into leadership roles in prophetic ministry. It is divided into three progressive levels:
Program Highlights
Level 1: Apprentice (6 Months) Foundational leadership training and self-discovery
Build a solid foundation in prophetic leadership.
Understand prophetic roles and responsibilities.
Discover and develop your unique gifts and calling.
Level 2: Activator (6 Months) Practical team leadership and activation.
Learn to lead prophetic teams effectively.
Activate and mentor others in their prophetic gifts.
Handle leadership challenges with wisdom and biblical authority.
Level 3: Architect (6 Months) Visionary planning and sustainable ministry development.
Develop visionary plans for sustainable prophetic ministries.
Create strategies to expand ministry impact.
Mentor and empower emerging leaders.
Program Details
Hybrid Learning Model
Online Classes: Every other week, focusing on foundational teachings and group discussions.
In-Person Activations: Periodic sessions for hands-on training, team leadership exercises, and prophetic activations.
Duration
The Apprentice Level 1(6 months). Students may enroll in Level 1: Apprentice to begin their journey and progress to future levels.
Completion Requirements
Successfully complete all three levels of PLB.
Enroll in at least two specialty classes.
Submit a capstone project at Level 3: Architect.
Provide a pastoral recommendation for commissioning).

Apprentices:
Students who have completed all foundational courses (e.g., SOP, SODV, Mantles) and are ready for advanced leadership training.
Other Students:
Those who have completed at least three foundational courses, such as:
School of the Prophets (SOP)
School of Dreams & Visions (SODV)
Mantles (Five-Fold Ministry)

Apostle Fannie M. Lewis is the Pastor of House of Prayer Gospel Outreach Ministries (HOPGOM) and the founder of Beulah Prophetic and Ministry Training School. A native of Moundville, Alabama, she moved to California in 1974. She is licensed and ordained Pastor and Prophet. God uses her to preach the Word, minister healing, and deliverance, and in prophetic, dreams, and visions. She Studied at Trinity College of the Bible and Theological Seminary where she earned a Bachelor’s in Biblical Counseling, Grand Canyon University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with an Emphasis in Social Work, and San Bernardino Valley College where she earned an Associate of Arts in Human Services, Liberal Arts and Behavioral Sciences. She is the mother of one daughter, a son-in-law, 3 grandsons, a granddaughter-in-law, and 3 great-grandsons (Bam, Cam & Jam).
