Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using www.beulahpropheticministry.com (the “Site”) and the services, features, content, or applications offered by Beulah Prophetic and Ministry Training School, a ministry service of Beulah Prophetic Ministries ("Beulah," "we," "us," or "our"), delivered through the Podia platform. These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Customer Policies, and Podia’s Privacy Policy and EU Data Processing Addendum (where applicable), constitute the legally binding agreement for your use of the Site and Services.
By registering for and/or using the Services in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site by us, each of which is incorporated by reference and may be updated without notice to you.
Certain of the Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions specified by us; your use of such Services is subject to those additional terms and conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms of Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including users who are contributors of content, course materials, or participants in our training programs.
1. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are under age 16, you may not access or use the Services. The Services are offered only for your personal or organizational use and not for resale or commercial duplication.
2. Registration
To access certain Services, you must create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and update it as necessary. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities associated with your account.
3. Processing of Personal Data
Your personal data will be treated in accordance with Podia’s Privacy Policy. If you provide us with personal data of others governed by GDPR, you agree to Podia’s EU Data Processing Addendum.
4. Content
You may upload, post, or share content such as assignments, comments, or questions. You retain rights to your content but grant Beulah a license to use it as needed for delivery and promotion of services. Beulah is not responsible for user-submitted content and reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
5. Rules of Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Services for illegal purposes
Impersonate others
Post obscene, abusive, or harmful content
Distribute malware or unauthorized advertisements
Violate intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.
6. Third-Party Services
We use Podia and other third-party tools to deliver our services. Your use of these tools is also governed by their terms and policies.
7. Payments and Billing
We use Stripe as our payment processor. Payment terms are presented at checkout. By enrolling in any paid course or service, you agree to those terms. Refunds, cancellations, and billing practices are governed by our Customer Service and Policies.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Beulah provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beulah, its affiliates, and its team from any claims or liabilities resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Disputes with Podia shall be resolved by binding arbitration per JAMS rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions. You may opt out by written notice to Podia within 30 days of agreeing to these Terms.
11. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
